A contract position starting as soon as possible until 28 February 2026 reporting to the MarComms Manager.

- Website Management
- Social Media Management
- Onboarding and Managing Media Partners
- Content Creation and Marketing Collateral
- Email Marketing and Campaign Management
- Exhibitor and Sponsor Coordination
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Market Research and Industry Trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Proficiency in website content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering impactful event experiences through comprehensive marketing initiatives
- Willing to travel to the event location and work onsite to support event execution and marketing activities
- Flexibility to work from home and manage responsibilities remotely, with occasional face-to-face meetings if required
